哭过之后眼睛变肿和睡觉的早晚没有关系,可以通过垫高枕头、冷敷、勺子按摩、贴眼膜的方式,预防眼睛变肿。
哭泣是一种很好的发泄情绪的方式,将心中的压力和委屈全部释放出来,有益于身心健康,但是哭泣之后容易出现眼睛肿的情况,在哭泣的时候,眼睑组织扩张充血,从而出现肿胀的情况。
为了预防眼睛肿胀,在哭泣之后,可以这样做:
1.冷敷。哭过之后,将毛巾放在冷水中浸泡,之后将毛巾放在眼睛上,敷几分钟,当毛巾的温度恢复到常温的时候,再次浸泡,反复几次,有利于防止眼睛出现肿胀的情况。
2.勺子按摩。将铁质的勺子放在冰箱中冷藏一会,然后用勺子按压眼睛周围,促进血液循环,防止眼睛变肿。
3.垫高枕头。夜间睡觉的时候身体新陈代谢的速率变慢,容易在面部积聚水分,将枕头垫高,有利于水分向下流动,防止面部出现肿胀的情况。
4.敷眼膜。将眼膜放在冰箱中,然后再敷在眼睛上,有利于眼睛消炎去肿。
