蝴蝶肩其实就是翼状肩,这种肩膀的主要特点就是在肩胛骨下角是翘起的,从后背看骨头明显的凸起。
正常人的肩胛骨紧贴胸壁,是由前锯肌、斜方肌、菱形肌的协同收缩完成的,如果前锯肌、菱形肌、斜方肌(尤其中下斜方肌术)虚弱,肩胛骨就会失去贴胸的作用,上臂运动和旋转肩胛骨的时候,就会出现一块突出的地方,这被称之为翼状肩。
把翼状肩称之为蝴蝶肩是给这种肩膀一种美化的叫法,但其实这种肩胛状态是不健康的。如果前锯肌损伤严重的时候,可能会引发胸痛的情况,随着呼吸疼痛感会加重。
在做前伸的动作时,很容易受到前锯肌损伤的干扰。
虽然很多人追求蝴蝶肩,认为蝴蝶肩好看,但这也是在以瘦为美思想的影响下形成的观念,就算是没有蝴蝶肩,经过减肥和锻炼,后背依然会很好看。
如何自测蝴蝶肩?
双臂自然放松的状态下,肩胛骨会有翘起的状态。在手臂往不同方向伸展的时候,能明显感觉肩胛骨翘起。日常生活中,常常感觉肩膀无力,严重的时候,向上举手臂都成问题。
